PersonalOS One system for everything I do

Reflection PersonalOS is my unified command center for school, creative work, admin, and content. A local AI agent understands my projects and goals, and I can message it from my phone or inside the website.

Everything in one place (website + local agent + source of truth) The website is the interface, the local agent does the busy work, and Airtable is the canonical database that keeps everything consistent.

Projects and tasks (where the work lives) Projects are grouped by bucket, and tasks stay scoped to the project they belong to.

Agent‑assisted work (human‑approved) The agent drafts contributions, but I approve anything that ships inside the task view.

Notifications in context Updates and alerts surface right inside the task list and expand into full detail.

Time tracking + planning Time analytics show where the week went, and the content calendar will automate publishing.

Public‑facing portfolio When a project goes public, the site updates itself with featured work and clean project pages.

Admin control + publishing pipeline I can set public/featured status, edit content, and manage projects from the admin view.

Automation / Agent - Local AI agent on my computer - Permissioned tool access (I control what it can do) - Integrations: Canvas LMS, Google Calendar, Google Tasks - Agent contribution pipeline with approval workflow

Sync + Publishing - Airtable → Next.js portfolio pages - Public/Featured flags control visibility - Media + metadata auto‑pulled for display pages
